The design, text, graphics, photographs, product imagery and underlying code of this site are owned by Tuftex Balloons UK Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written consent, other than under the limited brand asset licence granted to account holders in our Terms of Service.

Product safety and compliance

Balloons supplied by Tuftex Balloons UK Limited are toys within the meaning of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 and carry the required conformity marking, warnings and importer identification.

Warning. Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

Latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.

These warnings must remain on the product packaging through the supply chain and must be passed on to end users. Compliance documentation, including the Declaration of Conformity, is available to trade customers and to enforcement authorities on request from hello@tuftexballoons.co.uk.

Accuracy of information

We take care over the content of this site but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current. Product specifications, case quantities, pack counts and colours are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice. Where information on this site conflicts with our current stockist product list or price list, those documents take precedence.
